Orlando Vacations Only is the exclusive hospitality service to handle all of your housing needs.  It is mandatory to book your housing through Orlando Vacations Only as per FAST Commitment Form item #4. We issue your Authorized Housing Certificates of Compliance to complete your registration for the FAST Nationals.

We are dedicated to making your housing experience at FAST the best possible. We are devoted to finding the highest quality accommodations for the best affordable rate for the teams that attend the FAST Nationals. Please email us to be able to view all of the housing options and rates.  The accommodation rates that we contract are excellent discounts off of the best rate for each of the hotels, suites, resort condos and pool homes.   If you wish to reserve houses with private pools, we encourage you to make arrangements with your team to book as soon as possible so we can locate all of you in the same subdivision and as close to each other as possible. This can only be done if reserved well in advance. We do book out so please reserve early!

All of our homes are located in beautiful residential communities and are totally furnished and fully equipped to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Each home has its own washer and dryer which makes uniform laundry tasks easier!

During your FAST Nationals in Florida wouldn't it be nice to enjoy space and personal amenities? Imagine arriving to a fully furnished private home, with all the conveniences of your own home. Our  pool homes offer you all the privacy of home with all the luxury of an expensive hotel, at truly affordable prices.  Each Home has its own washer and dryer, own screened lanai pool and fully equipped kitchen.
